{ What personal information is collected? }

Nethèra Studios only collects personal information on a voluntary basis. If an online visitor submits information to Nethèra Studios, it will usually take the form of either the purchase of goods or services though our on-line stores, product registration or registration for online game participation, player match-up services, message boards and forums, warranty registrations, information required to send you our electronic newsletters, contest registrations, consumer complaints, and/or surveys. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to assure that third parties to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of personal information.
